As if 2025 hasn’t already thrown enough curveballs, a new prediction is sending shockwaves across the internet. Japan’s very own “Baba Vanga,” Ryo Tatsuki, has issued a chilling warning: a mega tsunami could strike in July 2025, causing widespread devastation across several nations.

Tatsuki, a former manga artist, rose to fame not for her art, but for the eerie accuracy of her dreams. Since the 1980s, she’s documented vivid premonitions that many claim have come true—Freddie Mercury’s death in 1991, the 1995 Kobe earthquake, the 2011 Japan tsunami, and even the COVID-19 pandemic, which she reportedly predicted would appear in 2020 and return a decade later.

Now, her latest vision has people on edge. She describes the ocean “boiling” south of Japan, a warning many interpret as a massive undersea volcanic eruption capable of triggering a deadly tsunami. According to Tatsuki, the impact zone will stretch in a diamond shape, affecting Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Adding to the unsettling nature of her vision, she claims to have seen “dragon-like shapes” moving toward the region—an image that has sparked a wave of speculation and fear among believers.

While scientists urge caution, some experts admit that the location isn’t far-fetched. Japan sits on the Pacific Ring of Fire, and the nearby Nankai Trough is known for its potential to unleash powerful earthquakes and tsunamis.

Despite no scientific proof backing Tatsuki’s prediction, her track record has many people taking notice. Her manga The Future I Saw has recently gained renewed interest, as readers draw eerie parallels between her dream-based stories and real-life events that followed.

For now, her vision remains just that—a dream. But in a year already full of surprises, many are watching the calendar with growing unease.

Let’s hope this one stays a dream and never becomes reality.
