Subpoenas have been reissued regarding Justice Department investigators and matters involving the handling of classified materials and previous tax investigations. These actions continue efforts from the prior session of Congress and are still under legal review.
Some of the subpoenas relate to audio recordings and other materials currently being reviewed in court. Hearings and depositions connected to these matters are pending judicial decisions.
